Zdravo, registrovao sam se u Casino Suerte 247 i u isto vreme su mi dali bonus od 25 evra zahvaljujući mojim prihodima koje sam pretvorio u novac, otišao sam da podignem 149 evra i tražili su da proverim. Jedan od dokumenata koji su tražili bio je izvod mog bankovnog računa u kome se nalazi moja adresa (izvod koji ne postoji jer se samo moje ime pojavljuje) pa sam im poslao izvod i potvrdu o mojoj adresi posebno, kako bi se to moglo savršeno proveriti , jer sam im poslao dokumenta na nedelju dana i niko ih nije prihvatio. Ne daju mi nikakvo rešenje da proverim, a umoran od njihovog neprofesionalizma, ostavio sam stanje na 0 da zatvorim račun, rekao sam im da mi više neće odgovarati jer je uvek bio isti odgovor. Ovo mi se nikada nigde nije desilo da proverim, a danas je moj nalog ostao otvoren i neproveren. Ogorčen na njih, njihov nedostatak empatije i što su me naterali da trošim novac jer nisu hteli da verifikuju račun. Hvala. Rekao sam im da ću svratiti ovde da ostavim svoju žalbu.

Hola, me registre en Casino Suerte 247 y al tiempo me regalan un bono de 25 euros gracias a mis ingresos, el cual convertí en dinero, fui a retirar 149 euros y me pidieron verificar. Uno de los documentos que me exigían era un extracto de mi cuenta bancaria en el que aparezca mi domicilio ( extracto que no existe ya que solo aparece mi nombre ) pues les mandé extracto y certificado de mi domicilio por separado , así se podía verificar perfectamente , pues una semana mandándoles documentos y ninguno me lo aceptan. No me dan ninguna solución para verificar , y cansada de su poca profesionalidad , dejé el saldo a 0 para cerrar la cuenta , les dije que no me contestarán más porque siempre era la.misma respuesta. Jamás me pasó esto en ningún sitio para verificar, y hoy sigue mi cuenta abierta y sin verificar . Indignada con ellos , su falta de empatía y por hacerme gastar un dinero porque no quisieron verificar la cuenta . Gracias . Les avisé que pasaría por aquí a dejar mi queja.
