Podnosim ovu žalbu protiv Stake.com-a zbog, po mom mišljenju, pogrešne i neodgovorne zabrane.
Iako sam imao aktivan nedeljni limit za kockanje/samoisključenje na svom nalogu, slučajno sam uplatio sredstva koja su mi bila hitno potrebna. Zbog ograničenja nisam mogao da se kladim niti da pristupim sredstvima, pa sam kontaktirao podršku tražeći ručno povlačenje sredstava – razuman zahtev s obzirom na okolnosti.
Stejk je odbio, pozivajući se na svoju politiku mešanja kovanica, koja očigledno sprečava isplate bez klađenja. Tokom razgovora, izrazio sam frustraciju i rekao nešto u stilu „Izgubio sam kuću na ovoj stranici i ne mogu ni da dobijem odgovarajuću uslugu za promenu". Ovo je očigledno bila sarkastična opaska, a ne vapaj za pomoć ili znak finansijskih problema. Razjasnio sam ovo u istom razgovoru.
Uprkos mom pojašnjenju i činjenici da sam već bio samoograničen, Stake me je zabranio na 6 meseci prema svojoj politici „granične bezbednosti igrača". Rečeno mi je da ih kontaktiram nakon zabrane radi preispitivanja. Upravo sam to i uradio - ali sada je prošlo više od 2 meseca bez odgovora. Svaki put kada se javim, dobijam nejasne odgovore poput „zauzeti smo" ili „javićemo vam se", bez ikakvog rešenja. Navikao sam da igram samo na njihovom sajtu i zbog te zabrane sam imao loš niz na slučajnim prevarnim kazinima, što me je dovelo do toga da izgubim više novca nego što bih izgubio na Stake-u da sam imao kontrolu nad svojom igrom i koristio njihove alate da se ograničim.
I’m filing this complaint against Stake.com for what I believe is a wrongful and irresponsible ban.
While I had an active weekly gambling limit/self-exclusion on my account, I accidentally deposited funds that I urgently needed. Due to the restriction, I couldn’t wager or access the funds, so I contacted support asking for a manual withdrawal—a reasonable request given the circumstances.
Stake refused, citing their coin mixing policy, which apparently prevents withdrawals without wagering. During the conversation, I expressed frustration and said something along the lines of "I’ve lost a house on this site and can’t even get proper service for once." This was clearly a sarcastic remark, not a cry for help or sign of financial distress. I clarified this in the same chat.
Despite my clarification and the fact that I was already self-restricted, Stake banned me for 6 months under their "borderline player safety" policy. They told me to contact them after the ban for a review. I did exactly that—but it’s now been over 2 months with no reply. Every time I reach out, I get vague responses like "we’re busy" or "we’ll get back to you," with no resolution. I was used to play only on their site and due to that ban i went on a distressed bad run on random scam casinos causing me to lose more funds than i would have on Stake were i had control over my play and using their tools to limit my self.
