Opis žalbe:
Pišem vam da bih podneo zvaničnu žalbu protiv Million.ro u vezi sa odbijenim povlačenjem 1.500 RON i naknadnim zatvaranjem mog naloga sa ukupnim stanjem od 1.563,42 RON.
Hronologija događaja:
Verifikacija: Moj nalog i moja lična debitna kartica (koja se završava na 3001) su potpuno verifikovani (KYC).
Zahtev za povlačenje: Dana 17.12.2025. godine, pokrenuo sam povlačenje 1.500 RON na moju verifikovanu ličnu karticu. Ovaj zahtev je tri puta odbijen bez jasnog objašnjenja.
Problem: Pre nekoliko meseci, moj prijatelj je uplatio depozit koristeći svoju karticu na moj račun. U to vreme, kazino je prihvatio depozit bez ikakve verifikacije ili upozorenja.
Potpuno otkrivanje: Dana 18.12.2025. godine, proaktivno sam otpremio fotografiju ove kartice treće strane kako bih razjasnio situaciju i završio verifikaciju.
Zatvaranje naloga: Umesto da obradi moju isplatu iz mojih verifikovanih sredstava, kazino je blokirao moj nalog, navodeći kršenje člana 45 (plaćanja trećih strana).
Moj argument:
Iako priznajem da je korišćenje kartice treće strane suprotno Uslovima i odredbama, želeo bih da naglasim da su sredstva koja trenutno pokušavam da podignem deponovana sa moje verifikovane lične kartice 17.12.2025.
Kazino je dozvolio da se depozit treće strane iskoristi pre nekoliko meseci bez problema, ali sada ga koristi kao razlog da zadrži moj legitimni saldo koji je uplaćen sa moje kartice. Ne želim da vratim nalog; samo zahtevam isplatu preostalog salda na moju verifikovanu bankovnu karticu.

Complaint Description:
I am writing to file a formal complaint against Million.ro regarding a rejected withdrawal of 1,500 RON and the subsequent closure of my account with a total balance of 1,563.42 RON.
Timeline of events:
Verification: My account and my personal debit card (ending in 3001) are fully verified (KYC).
Withdrawal Request: On 17.12.2025, I initiated a withdrawal of 1,500 RON to my verified personal card. This request was rejected three times without a clear explanation.
The Issue: A few months ago, a friend of mine made a deposit using his own card on my account. At that time, the casino accepted the deposit without any verification or warning.
Full Disclosure: On 18.12.2025, I proactively uploaded a photo of this third-party card to clarify the situation and complete the verification.
Account Closure: Instead of processing my withdrawal from my own verified funds, the casino blocked my account, citing a violation of Article 45 (third-party payments).
My argument:
While I acknowledge that using a third-party card is against the Terms and Conditions, I would like to emphasize that the funds I am currently trying to withdraw were deposited from my own verified personal card on 17.12.2025.
The casino allowed the third-party deposit to be played through months ago without issue, but now uses it as a reason to withhold my legitimate balance deposited from my own card. I am not looking to restore the account; I only request the payout of my remaining balance to my verified bank card.
