Unapred se izvinjavam za veliku porciju salate od reči koju sam izbacio u nastavku.
Danas sam se registrovao na Phoenik888au.com i nakon igranja novog bonusa za registraciju deponovao sam $50 i uzeo bonus od $10. Pravila bonusa: Prebacivanje k2 depozita i obrt k3 bonus kredita na saldo (180$). ne može da se koristi sa drugim bonusom, ne može da se kupi funkcija/sačuvaj igru i zahtevi za promet moraju biti ispunjeni pre povlačenja.
Okrenuo sam i okrenuo više nego što je potrebno.... u prvoj fazi sam imao skoro 1000 dolara kredita, ali sam glupo nastavio da ide dok kredit nije pao na 400,20 centi. Nisam kupio nijednu funkciju i ne znam kako da sačuvam funkciju....pa pošto sam ispunio sva pravila, zatražio sam ID plaćanja za osko isplatu od 400,20$ na moj bankovni račun....tajmer za povlačenje je pritisnuo 5 minuta ograničeno vreme i status je promenjen u obradu. Čekao sam 30 minuta, a onda sam u ćaskanju uživo pitao "koliko dugo obično traje proces povlačenja?"
dvosmislen odgovor je bio „budi strpljiv, mi smo na proveravanju vaših potreba za povlačenje dobitaka".
Posle još 30 minuta ponovo sam pitao i rečeno mi je
"strpljenje druže. Obrađujemo povlačenje za vas"
Prošlo je još 30 minuta koje više neću videti zbog čega sam ih pitao po četvrti put..
odgovor... "budi strpljiv, u redu dragi prijatelju. Potvrdu povlačenja šaljemo kao kada završimo s povlačenjem na tvoj račun, pa čekaj ok druže uskoro ćeš videti sredstva u banci"
5 minuta kasnije status je promenjen u odbijeno i poruka je bila "pridružite se, vaše povlačenje je odbijeno i balans izgubljen. Više sreće sledeći put"
Pitao sam zašto je odbijeno i rečeno mi je da "sva istorija opklada je pokazala da ste sačuvali igranu igru"
Tražio sam detalje o tome kako, koja igra, vreme i snimak ekrana njihovih nalaza. Rečeno mi je
„svađa ne menja ono što ste uradili, tako da se kršenje kažnjava kao što vam veb lokacija jasno kaže".
Rekao sam da nikada nisam prekršio pravila ni na jednom sajtu i da sam igrao normalno, i što je najvažnije, ne znam kako da sačuvam igranu igru. Nastavio sam da kažem da ne želim ponovo da napravim istu grešku, tako da mogu da odgovore na moja pitanja o navodnom kršenju.
Dobio sam 3 odgovora od različitog osoblja u kome se kaže „argumenti i nepoželjna pošta nas neće naterati da promenimo pravila"
Pitao sam ih za razlog zašto oni, kao služba za korisnike, odbijaju da odgovore na pitanja za uslugu od korisnika.
400,20 dolara je vraćeno u moj novčanik kao dostupno za podizanje ili igranje. Pokušao sam da igram samo da izbrišem 20c i podignem čak 400 dolara, ali nisam mogao da pristupim ničemu za igranje jer je iskačuća poruka u petlji bila „neuspela kreditna kartica za igru". Pokušao sam da se povučem i odbijen sam, nakon čega je usledila ova biserna poruka
"ok, odgovaraću na pitanja, ali mnogo NAKON što završim sa servisiranjem svih članova u redu za čekanje, vidiš da je sada vršno vreme draga i ja sam zauzet, ali nisam za tebe sada. Dragi sačekaj ljubazno"
Rekao sam da sam čekao već 3,5 sata, tako da ako nije mogla da odgovori, da li bi mogla da pronađe nekoga ko bi mogao, takođe potvrdivši zašto, ako je kršenje postojalo, moj $ se vraćao u novčanik kao raspoloživi kredit.
Dobio sam odgovor od nekoga ko je naveden kao PhoenikSupervisor „tim igre je pregledao sve vaše zapise igara i istoriju klađenja i nije pronađeno da je kršenje zaista učinjeno za pravilo kao što je funkcija čuvanja igre, tako da nije dozvoljeno podizanje vašeg novca oduzeto"
Rekao sam (iako nisam tečno govorio kojim god dijalektom gluposti da je govorila) bio sam kristalno jasan šta su uradili i zašto misle da to mogu, ali sam čvrsto zamolio da prestanu da ponavljaju odgovore na pitanja koja NISAM PITAO i samo odgovori na ona koja jesam .
Odgovor je bio „svađanje i neželjena pošta sa botovima ne čine da kršenje nestane, to znači da ne dobijate novac jer ste napravili prekršaj moguće za značajnu igru sačuvajte kupovinu i loša je stvar za pravila koja su napisana na veb stranici"
Pre 2,5 sata napisao sam „@phoeniksupervisor zašto mi ne pokažeš moj navodni prekršaj? Ne znam kako da sačuvam funkcije ili igre i definitivno ne želim da radim ono što sam navodno mogao da uradim ponovo bilo kada u budućnosti ili prošlost... međutim, zato što se činilo da su moja pitanja nestala kao zdrav razum vašeg osoblja, još uvek ne znam kako, šta, kada ili čak da li sam to uradio šta god da je, bilo ili možda je bilo, ali verovatno nije urađeno na 1. mestu i dalje od ovoga izgleda da se vaš tim igra žmurke sa dokazima tako da sam bio ranjiv od još jednog napada VAŠE KOMPANIJE ODLUČIO DA ZADRŽI MOJ NOVAC I IZBEGAVAĆU ODGOVORNE RADNjE NA VAS DA DOKAZITE DA PODRŽATE VAŠU KRAĐU, tako da ja rizikujem da ponovo izgubim SVOJ novac, što ne želim da se desi"
Uopšte nisam iznenađen, sada ne mogu da ćaskam preko kartice za ćaskanje uživo, ali to me neće sprečiti.

Apologies in advance for the large serving of word salad I've spewed forth below.
I registered with Phoenix888au.com today & after playing new registration bonus I deposited $50 & took a $10 bonus. Rules of bonus: Roll-over x2 of deposit & turnover x3 of balance bonus credit ($180). cannot use with other bonus, can't buy feature/save game & turnover requirements must be met before withdrawal.
I rolled & turned over more than required.... at 1 stage i had nearly $1000 credit but stupidly kept going until credit was down to $400.20c. I didn't buy any features & I don't know how to save a feature....so because i met all rules I requested pay id for osko payment of $400.20 to my bank account....the withdrawal timer hit the 5min capped time and the status changed to processing. I waited for 30min then in live chat I asked "how long does the withdrawal process usually take?"
the ambiguous response was"kindly be patient dear ya we are on checking you needs for to withdraw winnings".
After another 30mins I asked again & was told
"patience mate ya. We are processing withdrawal now for ya"
another 30mins passed that I'll not see again which had me asking themafor 4th time..
response... "be patient ok dear mate. We send withdrawal confirm as when we do finish withdrawal to account ya, so wait ok mate soon you will see funds in bank"
5mins later the status changed to rejected & message was "mate your withdrawal is rejected and balance forfeited. Better luck next time ya"
I asked why it rejected & was told "all history of bets showed you saved feature game"
I asked for details of how, what game, time & a screenshot of their findings. I was told
"arguing doesn't change what you did so violation is punished as website clearly tells you".
I said that ive never violated rules on any site & I played as per normal, and mist importantly I don't know how to save feature game. I contonued to say i didnt want to make same mistake again so could they please answer my questions surrounding the alleged violation.
I received 3 replies from different staff saying "arguments and spam wont make us change the rules"
I asked them for a reason why they, as customer service refuse to answer questions for service from a customer.
The $400.20 was returned back to my wallet as available to withdraw or play. I attempted to play to just clear the 20c & withdraw even $400 but I couldn't access anything to play because "get game credit account failed" was the popup message on loop. I tried to withdraw & was rejected, followed closely by this gem of a message
"ok, I will answer questions but much AFTER I finish servicing all members in the waiting line, u seeit is now peak time dear and I am busy but not for you now. Dear wait kindly"
I said I'd waited already for 3.5hours so if she couldnt reply could she find someone who could, also confirming why, if a violation existed, did my $ keep getting sent back to wallet as available credit.
Got a response from someone listed as PhoenixSupervisor "the game team have went all over you game records and bet history & they no indeed it has been found a violation is indeed done for a rule such like save game feature so no allowing withdraw you money is forfeited"
I said (despite me not being fluent in whatever dialect of stupidity she spoke) I was crystal clear what they did and why they think they could do it but firmly asked they stop repeating answers to questions I DIDNT ASK & just answer the ones I did.
The reply was "arguing & bot spam not make violation go away it means not get money becorse you did a violation possible for feature game save buy and is bad thing for rules wrote on the website"
2.5 hours ago I wrote "@phoenixsupervisor why won't you show me my alleged violation? I don't know how to save features or games and I most definitely do not want to do whatever i allegedly might have done again anytime in the future or the past...however because my questions seemed to have vanished like the common sense of your staff I still dont know how, what, when or even if i actually did it whatever it is, was, or might have been but probably wasn't done in the 1st place and further to this your team seems to be playing hide n seek with evidence so that im rendered vulnerable of another attack of YOUR COMPANY DECIDED TO KEEP MY MONEY AND WILL KEEP AVOIDING RESPONSIBLE ACTIONS OF ONUS ON YOU TO GIVE PROOF TO SUPPORT YOUR STEALING so I am at risk of losing MY money again which i dont want to happen"
