Is there any way i can sue a casino for not paying my winning

I self excluded myself from a casino of the same network.

They took my money

I played and won. Close to 10 k. With 1800.

They sent me promotion emails almost every weeks by emails and if i would of lost they wouldnt of never refund me my lost.

But now that i wont all they payed me is my initial deposits and band me from their site saying i was playing in bad faith like wtf does that even mean

I realy want to sue them their name is dream vegas. Absolute disgusting casino whilling finding reasons not to pay me. If i kept losing they would of never refund me my initial deposit

Is there any lawyers that can help me with this ?

I dont know what casino i self excluded myself but it was the same network but dream vegas is the one that kept sending me offers by emails tho.

And when i won they used that excuse to not pay me. If i would of lost i would of lost that deposit. Yes they payed me back what i put into the casino but they wont pay my winning

As of my winning they blocked my account. So i can't see anything. I just have a screenshot of a 5000 wothdraw that they never gived me

This sounds pretty tricky to me, to tell you the truth. So this casino lets you deposit and play there, but only after you have won and want to withdraw the money will they block your account, right?

Well not only that. But i been with them since dec 2023. They never said a thing

Its not like im using a diffrent name

And they sent me regular bonnus offer to get me to play in their casino

Im also doing a complain in the malta gamind association. And i been in contact with a lawyer to. I cant believe how criminal this casino is.

If i kept losing they wouldnt of close my account
