Ja sam iz Španije i od 6. decembra Posido Casino nije vratio €491 koje sam tražio za povlačenje.


Već 15 dana su mi davali izgovore i govorili mi da imaju veliki obim zahteva za povlačenje i da treba da sačekam. Ovo mi se nikada nigde drugde nije desilo. Treba mi pomoć.

hello! I have filed a complaint on your website and they are helping me try to get my money. Also, when I try to cancel the withdrawal I get an error. The money is completely frozen and the casino does not give me any solution. I just want my money after waiting almost 20 days. They just make excuses and I don't believe anything. Something has happened that I don't know about and I want it resolved now.

Hello, I fear you are expecting something we can't provide just now. Sadly, the complaint process is far from live chatting with an agent, so it usually takes at least a week or so to get things moving. Since tomorrow we have Christmas, I would expect a delay.

Additionally, the complaint timer now shows more than 4 days to respond to you. I fear you have to be very patient.

I am completely desperate. The casino has informed me that my wait (25 days) for my withdrawal is due to a technical error. I have canceled it, I have requested it again and now they cancel it. I have asked them for explanations and now they tell me that 'my payment provider' has canceled it when it is a lie. I have already made more withdrawals and I have not had any problems. Furthermore, 3 business days had not passed. They had not accepted it yet to know if my bank would cancel it or not. It's a shame. I'm fed up with this casino. They don't want to pay me. that's enough.

I just hope the casino will finally respond to the complaint! Despite it's good history, it now has more than 10 open complaints without progressing further. I won't lie to you; this sounds bad.

I see, so it is "just" the delay caused by plenty of withdrawal requests. What about the step necessary to actually withdraw? Are those your first two withdrawals or have you successfully withdrawn before?

That could give us some other hints, at least about the KYC procedure, I reckon.

I am not sure if I mentioned this, but this specific casino has shown us similar delays in the past, and players were eventually paid, as I saw in the complaint section. However, patience was necessary back then.
