Hello there,


My name is Omer, and i have been scammed by an online casino named cslotv.com.


After i contacted a lawyer, he recommend me to post an complaint on Casino.guru, and that's what i did.


After few days, casino.guru rejected my complaint even due ive added an screenshots and proof that clarify my complaint.


I tried to send an emails, and a staff member named Petronela said to me that they dont accept my complaint.


I am very dissapointed from this.


A site like casino.guru has a duty to provide necccesary information and aware people of Scam sites such as cslotv.


It also has a duty to help people who have been scammed.


I still doesent believe how can casino guru staff members can look theirself in the mirror after allowing such scam artist stealing money from people.


There is no words how i feel toward the staff who did nothing to help me.

Hi, I'm just looking at the case. Petronela didn't reject your case for no reason. She rejected it, because you already submitted the same case 5 months ago and then 2x the same case after that. The next 2 cases were rejected, the first one was approved and our team dealt with it. I'm talking about this case:

On the other hand, I already contacted Petronela and Peter, because I have some questions regarding this. They seem to be out of office today, but I'll contact you here once again when I get more information from them.

Indeed, i posted a complaint 5 months ago and they rejected it for no justify reason.


I gave evidence that's clarify my complaint and they still allowing this scam to be made without warning to potential players.

I started collecting more information about your case. First of all, you claim you lost 39,000$, but the cashback isn't calculated from this amount. It's calculated as sum of deposits - sum of withdrawals- sum of bonuses.

That means, if you lost 39,000$, that would mean you deposited 39,000$ and actually that's what I thought when I read about your case here for the first time.

On the other hand, I believe that if you could get any cashback higher than 1,000$, then you should get it, because you couldn't know it's capped based on the following email sent by the casino:

Anyway, that's only my opinion. I'll bring it to the next meeting we have this week about more complicated complaints submitted by players and will see what my colleagues will think about it.

Tako da ne moraš biti toliko uvredljiv Omer 🙂

Ovdje se podnosi mnogo pritužbi, a ipak se tim Casino Gurua jako brine o njima, to možete vidjeti u pritužbama i kako vam pokušavaju pomoći mnogo istražujući.

A jesu li dužni ili ne, činjenica je.

I iako ste u prvom tekstu vrijeđali osoblje Gurua, prema vama su postupali vrlo pristojno i s poštovanjem i oni vam žele pomoći kako vidite 🙂

Samo želim reći da s vremena na vrijeme može doći do nesporazuma i da to nije razlog da dugo vrijeđate druge. ✌🏻

Ako postoji dovoljno dokaza, uvjeren sam da će vam Guru tim definitivno pomoći 🙂

Sa svoje strane, želio bih vam se još jednom zahvaliti na svemu, dragi Guru tim ✌🏻👳‍♂️✌🏻
