withdraw pending : evolution or casino?

a friend of mine, a highroller has won more than 320k at bacarat on Evolution, he made a withdrawal request but it has been pending for more than 25 days, the casino indicates that the problem comes from evolution which is carrying out checks . the delays are really very long, I would like to know if you have already encountered this problem, does this delay presage a loss of the balance or a payment?

for the link it was an error, my friend play baccarat on evolution gaming provider live dealer.

anyway, the problem was the casino don't post infos about the delay.

My friend play like 100-200 hands of baccarat so it's not a one time win, so bug or technical irregularities should affect lots or players and only 1 or 2 hands.

I have contact the provider and he said if the money was add to the balance, it's no more on her side but on casino side, the winning was add to the balance and he ask a withdraw and it's at this time the casino pending the withdraw.

My friend still waiting and dont want post a complain because he dont want that affect the paiment.
