May I know whether the casino has ever approved the documents before? I'm trying to figure out whether, for some unknown reason, the same documents are not okay today.

"You could actually try to ask the support what is happening, maybe the document you have sent was in wrong format and that is why they asked you to send it again. They should be able to explain it to you, so you know what to do next. "
