Scammed on euro 7.550

I know that "Casino Fantastik (casinofantastik.com) is a no recommended casino and have the worst reviews ever, but I didn’t believe they where scammers.  

On October 1 - 2022 they cancelled my full balance on euro 7.550. The casino answer that winnings can be confiscated according to their terms if a player bet more then 30% of the last made deposit, and that I have made one single spin on a slot machine with the amount over these 30%. I can’t see in theirs terms (see below) that they can confiscate the full balance as I had also before that overbet bet was made. 

When this happened I played with pure cash without using any bonuses and it’s also worth to mention that there where zero winning on that made single spin over 30% of deposit. 

This scam casino owner is Topia Solutions N.V and they are also running Casino Dingo, White Lion, All wins, Lord of the spins, JellyBean, Crazyno, RadioCaz and Magicazz".

If you did a quick search on Topia Solutions you would have seen not only all the casinos owned by them, but which ones already blacklisted by different review sites. But the real baddy here is not just Topia Solutions. They are part of theAffPower / Game Tech Group. Whats so Bad about them you can read here.

Thanks a lot for your information Frankey. Seems like I never ever will see this money again then. Hopefully this anyway will add up to all other complaints on this casino and group of casinos. In the end all these complains hopefully ending up finally to that they running out of players to scam and have to shut down. Jan Kristiansson

Submitting a complaint here at Casino Guru website is important even if it´ s concerning the casino with a bad reputation as it can warn other players before making a wrong choice of casino. Please leave us also a final update here in the discussion on how the situation turned out. Yes Magda that’s my goal and all I hope for, to ad up another warning and claim so hopefully by that saving some single persons to not fall into same trap as me.

I knew about theirs bad reputation well but got some withdrawals so continued. But when a player have a big balance like I had, then they always find or create a way to not pay out. It’s unfortunately the hard fact.

As long as they earn money on you and as long as your withdrawals is not exceeding your deposits they pay, but you will never ever get a payout which is bigger then your done withdrawals.
