Tokom ovog perioda, moji limiti klađenja su nekoliko puta povećani: sa 10.000 dolara na 12.000 dolara, zatim na 18.000 dolara i na kraju na 20.000 dolara.
Doživeo sam gubitke u prva četiri meseca, ali pravi problemi su počeli u maju 2023. Posle srećnog niza u fudbalskom klađenju, pokušao sam da podignem značajan deo svog bilansa od 250.000 dolara. Kineko programeri su me 23. juna 2023. obavestili da ne mogu da obrađuju moje povlačenje zbog problema sa svojim dobavljačem podataka, koji nije ispunjavao svoje obaveze plaćanja. Naveli su da su u parnici sa ovim prodavcem i da bi proces mogao da potraje 4-6 nedelja. Predložili su mi da otvorim drugi račun ako i dalje želim da se kladim, deponujem ili povlačim sredstva, pošto obrada povlačenja za moj glavni račun nije bila moguća dok se parnica ne završi.
Odgovorio sam, navodeći da njihova interna pitanja nisu moja odgovornost i da mi duguju stanje bez obzira na njihove poslove sa trećim licima. Predložio sam da bi plan plaćanja mogao biti održivo rešenje.
Na kraju smo se dogovorili oko plana plaćanja. Kineko je 15. jula ponudio da obrađuje isplate u vrednosti od 10.000 dolara svake nedelje dok se problem ne reši.
U početku se ovaj plan pratio dve nedelje. Međutim, Kineko je propustio naredne dve nedelje, kasnije je obećao da će obraditi 20.000 dolara 9. avgusta 2023. da nadoknadi propuštene nedelje.
20.000 dolara nikada nije obrađeno. Posle stalnih izgovora, Kineko je 14. septembra 2023. ponovo posegnuo, tražeći sporazumno rešenje. Priznali su stalne probleme sa svojim dobavljačem sportskih podataka i sugerisali da bi pravni proces mogao da se povuče godinama. Pitali su me da li bih bio spreman da postignem nagodbu, uz napomenu da sam već podigao preko 100.000 dolara.

Hi, I have had an account with Kineko.com since December 2022. Over the next six months, I played extensively at this casino, focusing mainly on sports and major European football leagues. During this period, my betting limits were increased several times: from $10,000 to $12,000, then to $18,000, and finally to $20,000.
I experienced losses for the first four months, but the real issues began in May 2023. After a fortunate streak in football betting, I tried to withdraw a significant portion of my $250,000 balance. On June 23, 2023, Kineko's developers informed me that they couldn't process my withdrawal due to issues with their data provider, who was not fulfilling their payment obligations. They stated that they were in litigation with this vendor and that the process could take 4-6 weeks. They suggested I open a second account if I still wished to bet, deposit, or withdraw funds, as processing withdrawals for my main account was not possible until the litigation concluded.
I responded, stating that their internal issues were not my responsibility and that they owed me my balance regardless of their third-party dealings. I suggested a payment plan might be a viable solution.
We eventually agreed upon a payment plan. On July 15, Kineko offered to process $10,000 worth of withdrawals every week until the issue was resolved.
Initially, this plan was followed for two weeks. However, Kineko missed the next two weeks, later promising to process $20,000 on August 9, 2023, to make up for the missed weeks.
The $20,000 was never processed. After constant excuses, on September 14, 2023, Kineko reached out again, seeking an amicable solution. They admitted to ongoing issues with their sports data provider and suggested that the legal process could drag on for years. They asked if I would be willing to reach a settlement, noting that I had already withdrawn over $100,000.
I replied, outlining four points to be addressed for an amicable solution: a comprehensive update on outstanding payments, an explanation for delays, a clear timeline for resolution, and assurance that my remaining balance and pending withdrawals would be processed without further delay.
On October 3, 2023, Kineko proposed paying $10,000 worth of withdrawals every 15th of the month until I was fully paid.
I agreed to this plan. The first payment was made on November 22, 2023. However, Kineko breached the agreement by failing to make the December payment and has not made any subsequent payments. They have been non-responsive since January 18, 2024, when they last apologized for the delay.
Despite reaching out through various channels, including casino.guru and casinomeister.com, I have received no further communication from Kineko.
For the Kineko community's information, Kineko is currently involved in an NFT project, which could cost users a lot of money if treated as I have been.
This case clearly demonstrates that Kineko's word means nothing. They are scammers if they do not adhere to the agreed-upon payment schedule and release my funds. I have waited a year for my withdrawals and have been more than patient. Release my funds, Kineko.
