No, still no joy, 27 business days now they are not replying to emails neither.

chat still works but same reply all the time blaming the financial team and saying they will escalate my complaint it’s just all talk.

i did read somewhere that barge straat 1 has numerous sites operating Illegally something about shadowing genuine sites not sure what that means though

Zdravo. Jesi li primio/la novac od kazina džokerasejs? Prošao je mesec dana otkako sam zatražio/la isplatu. Uvek isti odgovor u ćaskanju... „verifikacija zahteva vreme jer je bezbednost prioritet"......😂

Kazino ne odgovara na imejlove sa pitanjima o rasporedu isplata... ali ako depozit ne uspe, kazino odmah nudi pomoć pri uplati.

Da, izgleda da je teško dobiti novac. Chat se izvinjava zbog kašnjenja i pravda ga „bezbednošću i dodatnim proverama koje iz toga proizilaze". Njihova stalna upotreba reči „bezbednost" je već doživela inflaciju. Kyc je potvrđen, primio sam jedno povlačenje, nisam prekršio pravila......još uvek je mesec dana „provereno".

So if there were no problems before and suddenly the security check is supposed to last for a month, I don't think that's cool. If they don't have a timeframe and they're going to stretch it out, it's better to contact our team and I believe we'll be able to resolve it somehow.

To be honest, if I look at the casino's safety index, I would probably be rather negative. But I don't want to do that since your experience was that you already got money from here. 

If the security check is supposed to last that long, it doesn't seem very justified to me.
