Does anyone else experience their online casino changing URL every so often and the original no longer works within your location?

Does anyone else experience fees on deposits with the transaction name of the online casino constantly changing?

Help will be much appreciated

You would probably appreciate other players responding, I reckon.

I will add my experience if you don't mind.

URLs are changed due to many reasons bound to (in decent casinos) distinguish players from different markets, so the website is set accordingly for each of them. Some casinos are, for instance, licensed under several licenses; hence, the validity seal or its licensing authority must meet your country of residence, and you may find yourself redirected to the "proper" URL.

Frankly, I'm not convinced I understand the second question. Can you elaborate, please?

Forgive me for the very delayed response Radka, very kind of you to respond.

I often get transactions in my bank account that change with a different title.

Example "it will change location" sometimes london, sometimes estonia.

My bank noticed this and put a security ban on the transfers until I informed them it was all one casino.

Is this something you have heard of?

thank you again

Hi, I think it's mainly to not be able to distinguish that it's a casino and that's why different titles are used so that you don't have any problems in the future. However, I understand that the bank was trying to protect you and so when you told them that it was a casino you were depositing in they removed the ban ?

Anyway, it would be nice if players would get to you with their experience.

Have a nice day.

Yeah I just told them that I was the one depositing there and once I had proof of the deposits and my ban security protocols it was fine. May you tell me where on this site I can message your team at casino guru? I am trying to find a certain casino that has providers I like but it's difficult living in Australia as often they remove they really high quality providers. Thanks

Then it is fine if everything is in order and no inconveniences have occurred as far as the bank is concerned.

Regarding casinos, you can ask here on the forum and I will try to help you. I know that Australia has quite a lot of restrictions and it's difficult for some game providers. So which providers do you like that you would like to have in your casino ?

I would also write informatively that when you select the tab- online casinos on the top of our page, you can find a lot of useful filters on the right hand side and then find a casino that might be for you. However, this is just to help you if you have more criteria, because I can try to help you too.

Let me know. 🙂

Ahh yeah I understand it's very difficult with living in Australia. First they took away net ent slots then pragmatic then relax gaming and quick spin and no limit city all the slots providers that are known for big wins. It's weird though I've noticed sometimes no limit city is on some Australian casinos and relax gaming but the rest I haven't seen allowed at all due to the country restrictions but my favourite two have been relax gaming and no limit city but I'd be happy for any of those I've listed. My casino doesn't allow VPN so I can't do anything. And I don't really want to have to use a VPN even if allowed. The strange thing even in here with the tournaments it allows me to play the relax gaming tournament but not the pragmatic tournament unless I have a VPN, it's my first time joining any tournament here but it's strange relax gaming let me play the 500 free spins.

As for our tournaments, it's all about the game provider. In our tournaments you can use a VPN without any problems, so it's fine. Regarding other casinos, I would be cautious about using it there and always ask the support and also read the TaC. But of course I know it's tricky for Australia and I wouldn't recommend bypassing it unless the player is 100% sure it's allowed.

I also tried looking at the list of casino providers you mentioned and found the following casinos: https://casino.guru/top-online-casinos#tab=RECOMMENDED&gp_142=true&gp_331=true&cac_16=true

You can take a look at them and also try to see if these providers are available for you.

I hope I have helped you. 🙂
