I originally requested my withdraw by wire transfer on 7/8/2023. After waiting and contacting customer service chat, my request was denied because I refused to provide a copy of my bank statement as requested by the representative on chat. I then requested again on 7/20/2023 to and provided all required information requested at that time. On 8/4/2023 I chatted with Edward who said my withdraw should be approved soon and said to check back on 8/7/2023. On 8/8/2023 I chatted with Roseanna Crowe who said that my request was not approved because they had too many withdraw requests and needed my information again. I provided my name, email, bitcoin address, and a copy of a utility bill at that time. On 8/15/23 I chatted with Ronald Grant asking about my withdraw request. He said I needed to cancel the request and re-request as a wire transfer. I am getting nowhere. Anyone have any suggestions? Withdraw is for a large amount.
