Hi, have you managed to restore access to the casino? If you didn't setup the 2factor authenticator, there's always another way to log in. The customer support should be able to navigate you.

Hello, have you contacted the casino about this problem? It would be good to let them know and try to ask what you should do in such a case. Have you tried it yet ? 

What is the problem, did you not want to have 2FA or did you just not get the link/code when you had to enter it and nothing happened?

2FA is an account protection measure, which means that you actually need to get in touch with casino support to resolve that. I would expect them to reset this tool for you so you can set it later again.

I can clearly see that you are not the only one who has the same problem in this casino, I already wrote back to a player today who has the same issue.

However, I would recommend filing a complaint if the casino is not doing enough for you.

Did they eventually reset it for you? or do you know if they do eventually for the users you've dealt with
