Rich Casino just closed my account with over 1200 Euro in winnings.

Last night i won about 1700 Euro all in all in Rich Casino. I played some of it, and checked witch paymentsmethods they have for withdrawings etc. And my account was suddenly closed. then there was at least over 1200 Euro in it. Wtf??? I contacted them and after 3 emails they answered:

"Hello,

Thank you for contacting us.

We have reviewed your account and wish to inform you it was closed due to several inconsistencies found on it. Kindly note this decision is irrevocable.

We wish you the best of luck in the future."

What??? I am pissed.

Hm, I understand that you might broke some rules, but on the other hand, they can't expect that you'll leave them 1200 eur just because they tell you that "it was closed due to several inconsistencies found on it".

Hello Daniel and thanks for your reply. I have not broken any rules. I just checked witch payments methods they had, for deposits and withdrawels. I tried to withdraw with my Skrill Mastercard, maybe that was the mistake, because they dont take Skrill. After that my account was closed. I have created a complaint. Just regret i did not take a printscreen. I understand it is vital to do to proof your case with this casinoes.

I replied to them:

I dont know what you mean by inconsistience, i have just checked what kind of mastercards or payments i could deposit to you, and kindly withdraw my winnings to.

I have over 1200 Euro in winnings there and you cant just close my account. What is this for a casino???

I'm wondering, which payment method have you used to make deposits in the casino? Even if they didn't agree with sending money to the Skrill Mastercard, it wouldn't be a valid reason to void your winnings.

They have taken me for 1400 and are now mocking me On My thread.

I have two logical explanations that make their it claim impossible
