So I want to post this here in hopes I can get some recommendations on next steps. I joined SlotHeist on 3/6 because they advertised instant payouts. I confirmed with them that they accept US players and they said for first withdrawl they would need KYC info, so I made two deposits $50 and $316, at the same time I sent my KYC information in. Never heard back. I had issues with my second deposit being credited and strangely enough their live chat wouldn't work on the account I had anymore, so I quickly made a 2nd account with the SOLE purpose of chatting with them, which the live chat operator knew (Hannah). She squared the deposit issue away and told me me to send an email to the their support email requesting a block on the duplicate account, which I did right away. I was lucky and hit on one of the slots so I decided to iniate a $1000 USDT withdrawl and unfortunately that's as far as I got. Since then I've been getting the run around, first they say they are voiding the withdrawl because of multiple accounts then they claim I will get an email (which I never do), they tell me two wait 2 hours and then till the end of the day. Constant run around. I lodged a complaint here is there any other recourse? I have some chat logs saved as well.
