I made a withdrawal and after 10 days I got a email saying my withdrawal was rejected by my payment provider. This is untrue. I made the deposit the same way as I made the withdrawal. By my visa card .


 How is this company allowed to operate?



They asked me to make a deposit in any other method, and then withdraw again.

I find this to be highly suspicious and probably illegal as well.. I have proff of this. 


I believe it is illegal what this company is doing


Any suggestions?

Normally in the UK when you deposit with Visa you have to withdraw using a bank transfer. In the UK you have an Iban code and a BIC swift code you find it on your bank statement if it is the same in Ireland or you may have something similar. I would go on live chat or email them and see if they offer this facility for withdrawals. If you can use a bank transfer it normally take 2/5 days after the withdrawal has been approved to get it in your bank. I hope this information helps

I would like to add that it's pretty normal you need to deposit in order to verify your payment method, so even if you want to withdraw your winnings you may need to deposit when switching to a different payment option.

I agree with nigeljc, I'd ask their live chat.
