Situacija:
Igrao sam igru Crazy Cards on Stake i naišao sam na ozbiljan problem:
1. Igra je jasno prikazivala dobitak od 1000 dolara (dostupan je video dokaz).
2. Stvarna isplata je bila niža nego što je igra pokazala.
3. Stejkov odgovor je bio da je ovo „samo vizuelni deo igre" koji „ne utiče na rezultat".
Zašto je ovo problem:
1. Igrači očekuju da dobiju tačno ono što vide prikazano na ekranu.
2. Ako je vizuelni deo igre pogrešan, to je greška u igri i kazino je odgovoran.
3. Igra sa ovim problemom ostaje dostupna igračima bez popravke.
Moj zahtev:
1. Ispravite grešku u igri.
2. Nadoknadite neisplaćene dobitke koji su prikazani na ekranu.
Zaključak:

Prilažem dva videa problema, snimak ekrana problema i snimak ekrana odgovora „podrške".
Dodatno (pronađeno prilikom pretraživanja video snimaka): podrška je obrisala čet u kojem sam pokrenuo ovo pitanje i obrisala sve video snimke!!!
