Casino emailed me 20th June to say my cashout for $1012 was approved and will take 3-5 business days. Since waiting my other cashouts for $2k, $500, $2k have come thru no problems. But just this one. I intiated a live chat who passed it on to the appropriate department and they emailed me on the 30th June. Its been 5 more days amd still no update from them.

I'm sorry but it seems that only the casino's support, or let's say the finance department can clarify what has happened and also confirm that this withdrawal has proceeded.

There is no way I can help you with that, sadly.

I suggest you wait a few days and if the money is not received by the end of this week, you should submit a complaint.

But as I wrote already, cooperation with the casino will be crucial so please note that the complaint might get quite time-consuming.

I still think that the withdrawal could be quicker, though.

Are you going to look for a new casino with a better payment system, I wonder?
