Yeah, I don't understand why some people just close their accounts immediately after they face some issues with their withdrawal. How could anyone possibly help you to investigate what happened, when you voluntarily lost access to your casino account? Meaning, you lost access to your deposit history, gaming history, history of your bonuses taken etc.
