I od njih čekam otkup. Počelo je 14. januara, a od danas 31. januara još uvek nema uplata. Ja sam verifikovani igrač i ovo je osvojeno direktnim gotovinskim depozitom. U početku je odeljenje za podršku brzo reagovalo, ali kada sam pokušao da ih kontaktiram, sada nisam dobio nikakav odgovor. Da li se igde može uložiti žalba? Svaka informacija je veoma cenjena....

I am waiting on a redemption from them as well. It started on January 14 and as of today January 31 still no payment. I am a verified player and this was won on a straight cash deposit. At first there support department responded quickly but when I tried to contact them now I am not getting a response of any kind. Is there anywhere a complaint can be filed? Any information is greatly appreciated....
