Meni se čini kao da si očekivao/la da Anžuan aktivno rešava sporove igrača i da će na kraju imati za cilj da se žali na njihove procedure. Znaš da Anžuan nije poznat/a po aktivnom istraživanju slučajeva igrača. Dakle, očekujem da nema zvaničnog načina da se to zaobiđe. 🙁
Ako niste dobili odgovor, odgovorite na njihov najnoviji imejl. S druge strane, ako vam je rečeno da kazino ima 30 dana, to mi se čini kao odličan početak.

To me, it seems like you expected Anjouan to actively resolve players' disputes and aim to eventually complain about their procedures. You know that Anjouan is not known for actively investigating players' cases. so, I expect there is no official way around. 🙁
If you have not received a response, please respond to their most recent email. On the other hand, if you were told that the casino has 30 days, that seems like a great start to me.
In my opinion, try not to be stressed about an uncertain future.
