Podneo sam žalbu Upravi za igre na sreću u Anžuanu pre skoro mesec dana. Nisam dobio nikakvu potvrdnu e-poštu od njih.
Daju kazinu do 30 dana da odgovori.
Dakle, znate li šta treba da uradim ako ne dobijem nikakvu e-poštu nakon 30 dana? Da li treba ponovo da popunim obrazac za žalbu ili kako da ih kontaktiram i pitam o svom slučaju?

I submitted a complaint to Anjouan Gaming Authority almost one month ago. I didn't receive any conformation email from them.
They give casino up to 30 days to reply.
So, do you know what I need to do if I'll not receive any email after 30 days? Do I need feel a complaint form again or how to contact them and ask about my case?
