If you think the casino has falsely accused you of multiple accounts then that would be the best step. However, do you remember if you were registered here in the past ? When we talked about account verification, did you do it here or not ? I suppose in this process there could be such an accusation.
It also doesn't seem right to me to be told that you can't withdraw the money but to deposit and keep playing.
