Pokušavam da otvorim žalbu ovde o tome kako mi je kazino dozvolio da otvorim drugi nalog nakon što sam se isključio. Moja prva žalba je odbijena jer nisam imao dokaz o isključenju. Sada sam pronašao relevantnu e-poštu, ali kada pokušam da otvorim novu žalbu ona biva odbijena?
I’m trying to open a complaint here about how the casino allowed me to open another account after I self excluded. My first complaint was rejected because I didn’t have evidence of the exclusion I have now found the relevant email but when I try to open a new complaint it gets rejected?
