He didn't mean ICQ, he meant Telegram (usernames there start with @).
I contacted this user in Telegram and must admit it is 100% scam! You should delete this discussion at all or remove username beginning with @… from the message to prevent other people contacting this person.

When I asked for any proofs, he sent some videos not related to the subject, like: here I have a very big deposit in some casino, here are my withdrawals and so on (I saved all that media on my phone). After I said it all looked like scam, he deleted our conversation.

That was just one of the options offered. Another one was to remove the username started with @ to make it impossible for other people to contact this person and get scammed. But you focused only on the first one.
By the way, it's really strange that my messages are being censored and pre-moderated, considering I've never lied or advertised any fraudulent products, only helped users.

Frankly, thanks to the efforts of the moderators, this forum section, in my opinion, has turned into a dismal swamp where dozens of threads with the title 'general discussion' have been created, and no one is actually engaging in any conversations.
