You need to use some VPN applications, you can easily find these on the internet, such this recommended list.
It's only used to change your IP destination, for eg. players from the USA use VPN to be able to play in casinos where the USA is a restricted country. Some casinos allow you to use VPN, some forbid it. Suomi translation is tricky 🙂
