Mjesec dana imam žalbu u kasinu (5plusbet) zbog kašnjenja u isplati mojih dobitaka. Zahvaljujući tom kompliciranom mjesecu puno sam posjetio Casino Guru stranicu, čitao žalbe, čitao forum itd.
Ostavljam prijedlog za koji smatram da ga je teško tehnički izvesti, ali čini mi se da bi to dodao veliku vrijednost korisnicima.
U odjeljku za pritužbe bilo bi dobro da možete pretražiti po nazivu kasina, tako da se može ući i vidjeti sve pritužbe koje je taj kasino imao N godina bez obzira na njihov status, uspješno zatvoren, otvoren, zatvoren propao i odbijen.
Tako bi se u kasinu moglo vidjeti kakve su se pritužbe imale, kako bi se vidjelo jesu li slične vašoj i vidjelo se kakav je rezultat tih prigovora koji su slični.

Desde hace un mes tengo una queja con un Casino (5plusbet) por demoras en el pago de mis ganancias. Gracias a ese complicado mes he visitado mucho la página de Casino Guru, leyendo quejas, leyendo el foro, etc.
Dejo una sugerencia que imagino es difícil hacer técnicamente pero que me parece que agregaría mucho valor a los usuarios.
En la sección de quejas sería bueno poder hacer una búsqueda por Nombre del Casino, de forma que uno pueda entrar y ver todas las quejas que ha tenido ese casino durante N cantidad de años sin importar su estado, cerradas exitosamente, abiertas, cerradas fallidas y rechazadas.
Así uno podría ver por casino que tipos de quejas ha tenido, a ver si son similares a las de uno y puede ver cual fue el resultado de esas quejas que se parecen.
