I have been using LUNO (which is a south African based crypto investment platform) as a crypto wallet for deposits and withdrawals. Deposit and withdrawals to casino have always been a breeze when using crypto.

As of late, LUNO have changed their payment policies. When making a payment they request details as to who’s address sending to, where did they get address and requesting exact information, full name, nationality ect. They state this is to comply with anti-laundering and counter terrorist financing laws.

This obviously create some issues when trying to deposit.

Any recommendations of trustworthy wallets to use? Easy registration, deposit and withdrawals to and from the wallet.

Yes, you cannot complete the transaction without the details. I have contacted one casino requesting the info as stated on the payment platform but did not get any reply. Casinos probably using different crypto platforms or whatever they are called and casino registered in Malta and wallets somewhere else, I don't know. Maybe not straight forward with all casinos.

I do not have the same issue when using luno to deposit at local casinos.

To tell you the truth, it is new for me, actually. I have never heard about this one before.

If you prefer it and casinos in your country provide it, that's cool, really.
