21.RED doesn’t payout after account is verified

For more than 9 days I am waiting for my withdrawal being processed. All my documents are verified but the casino wont pay out any money because of the busy days they said.

this new casino is licensed by the MGA and I thought it was safe to play there. Does anyone know what I can do to let them pay out my money?

Anyway, I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with the casino. May I ask how long your situation has been going on ? Additionally, have you heard from the casino why they're cancelling the withdrawal. 

I have been trying to withdraw since 3/9.

First they verified all documents, I did a withdrawal after that. They declined it and wanted me to send in a photo with my id. I did so,

After that they have been declining my withdrawals, every time I try to make them without further explanation, not even an email sent to me when they do so.

I contact them, takes at least 1 day for them to respond with that another department is working on it.

Today was I think the 5th time they declined it with any updates on why.

A regrettable situation I would say. Your photo ID has already been approved and you have completed the verification ? 

If so, I don't understand why the casino is declining your withdrawal without giving any reason. 

However, I must point out that we give casinos 14 days to resolve the withdrawal and KYC issues. 

Nevertheless, I think that if you keep submitting withdrawal requests, it will probably turn out the same way. Would it be possible to be patient for a little while longer, although I understand that it is not easy in this case ? 

If the casino responds, let us know if the situation has moved anywhere. For now, we are left to wait.

Hmm, would we have good news here after all ? 🤔☘️ The email looks promising, so I hope so, but I don't want to jinx it yet. But it looks like it's on the right track.
