Deponirao sam tamo nekoliko puta i pošto nisam ništa osvojio od tamo, bilo mi je bolje zatvoriti račun.

I have to say the worst casino I ever played at. I had over 26K and wanted to make a withdraw when they refused to pay and told me to send all document for certification and I did so. As always when a casino dont pay out your winning, the fund you have will be played and losing all. I tried so many time to withdraw but I could not do that. days to verify and they did not even send an email to me regarding that they need it more document. The worst is that it is okay to deposit and lose all the money but when it comes to get paid that is another thing. I would not recomend this casino to any one. If they were serious they should not allowed you to deposit either as many casino do. Support is very poor and they really dont care at all. What make me upset is as long I deposit and did not withdraw they did not ask about document but as soon I wanted to make a withdraw they refused until I send them document and still after 10 days they were not verified and when I took contact with support they told that they need it more document and when I asked why they did not send any email she refused at first to answer and then she said that they had much to do. I could not withdraw my cashback either so.

Unfortunately what you're describing here is quite a common thing. As you already mentioned, the casino support had too much to do. Now imagine they would need to verify everyone before they make the 1st deposit - they couldn't handle it at all. Then why didn't they inform you they need more documents? It's simple, someone screwed it up.

In cases like this one, I'm convinced the main reason why they treat you this way isn't the fact they would want to make sure you play away your winnings, but they might be understaffed, unexperienced and have bad management. The result is that you wait 10 or more days for verification, that should be a matter of...let's say 2 days.
