From what I can see, we haven't had a complaint with the casino for a long time and they all ended up with the status- delayed payment, unknown status.

So I'm not surprised, to be honest, and you probably fall into that category as well. When did the casino stop responding to you and what was the last thing they told you as part of your withdrawal ?

From what I've seen, we have some contacts. Have you thought about filing a complaint ? Although I'm not sure where that would get you, since you mention it's a year old case. 

Did you try to re-enter the withdrawal or did you do nothing with the money ?
