Pogledao sam na mreži, ali ne mogu da nađem treću stranu koja bi mi pomogla da vratim novac od Astropai-a, pa se nadam da ću ovde dobiti neki savet.
22. jula sam deponovao BTC (u vrednosti od 300$) na svoj kazino račun koristeći Astropai.
Dobio sam e-poruku koja potvrđuje da je moja transakcija potvrđena na blokčejnu i da je povlačenje iz mog novčanika uspešno.
Nekoliko sati kasnije Astropai je poslao obaveštenje da je moja btc transakcija 'u pregledu'.
Od mene je zatraženo da dam ID novčanika i iznos un BTC za verifikaciju pre nego što puste plaćanje.
Nakon slanja informacija i čekanja (3 dana kasnije) obavešten sam da je ID novčanika nevažeći i da ponovo proverim i pošaljem.
Ne razumem kako to može biti nevažeće - ive depozit i primljene isplate u taj novčanik mnogo puta.
Ovo je išlo napred-nazad sve dok im nisam rekao da vrate novac u novi novčanik koji sam postavio.
Rekli su,
„Ovu informaciju ćemo proslediti nadležnom odeljenju, a mi ćemo odgovoriti kada budemo obavešteni. '
Nisam čuo ništa drugo od njih uprkos tome što sam se više puta raspitivao zašto tako dugo traje bez odgovora.
Ono što me čini još više frustriranim je kada sam proverio transakciju u lancu blokova, adresa na koju je moj btc deponovan je potrošena!
Da li mi neko može dati savet šta da radim da vratim novac?

I've looked online but can't find a third party to assist in getting my money back from Astropay, so im hoping to get some advice here.
On the 22nd of July i deposited BTC ($300 worth) to my casino account using Astropay.
I got an email verifying that my transaction had been confirmed on the blockchain and withdrawal from my wallet was successful.
Hours later Astropay sent notice that my btc transaction was 'under review'.
I was asked to provide the wallet ID and amount un BTC for verification before they would release payment.
After sending the info and waiting (3 days later) i was informed that the wallet ID is invalid and to check and send again.
I don't understand how it can be invalid - ive deposit and received payouts to that wallet many times.
This went back and forth until i told them to refund it to a new wallet i set up.
They said,
'We will forward this information to the responsible department, we will reply when we get an update. '
I haven't heard anything else from them despite inquiring multiple times why its taking so long with no response.
What's making me more frustrated is upon checking the transaction on the block chain, the address my btc were deposited into have been spent!
Can anyone give me advice on what to do to get my money back please?
