I warn players dont to play at this casino, the casino has not paid money for a month, each time the operator promises to understand the situation and take full control of it, but nothing happens, I have a huge chat correspondence and so on (I am ready to provide details and evidence of this situations to the moderator if required), so please stay away from this casino!

It's good you've submitted a complaint. I'm pretty sure we will ask for any related proof if neccessary in the complaint's thread. It would be wise to choose casino with far better reputition in the future, to prevent this would happed again.

There is still a difference between a good casino and a bad one. Ask yourself: Is a casino without a license or with a fake gaming license supposed to stick to any rules? Nope, they do not bother with the license so they can do literally what they want.
The only possible way is to never deposit in such a casino, I'd say.

Having difficulty with withdrawal. You are limited in how much you can take out at a time. Paperwork verification is a pain but that is complete now and still no money !
I don't believe in using bonuses. I had big winnings this week and am concerned if I will be able to withdraw it.
Very tedious process with poor follow up by casino. You can't even call to talk to anyone.

If you read my previous post and look at the screenshot, you will see that this casino is a very poor place to deposit your money. In such a casino anything can happen, no license, no regulator, and no support for players in case of need.

I was able to get one withdrawal for a very limited amount. That took almost 2 weeks to get. I have another one pending. It's a very horrible way to deal with casino.
I will search for a more reliable way to gamble online

I got to say I'm blown away now seeing these reviews..... I play at alot of online casinos and up until recently I wasn't checking any kinda reviews or anything like that because pretty much I was using ignition until they screwed my wife out of 1300 and I've withdrew thousands from them and there sister site bovada so needless to say I'm looking for a new fare and reputable platform to play on. Well avantgarde popped up in my inbox with like a ten dollar no deposit offer so I took it and just started playing I guess I never expected to win but I actually did win a hundred. So I was just going to withdraw half of that and play with the other half and if I lost I was definitely going to make the few deposits. Because I got to be honest I like the games they offer and they were hitting but I knew there was probably a cap on what I could withdraw so I stopped at 100 and it's a good thing I did because they wouldn't let me withdraw anything and after I talk to customer service they said I had to deposit $25 first which that doesn't make any sense to me so I came to Guru and searched it just to see the reviews and I'd like to thank you Google guru because you probably saved me $25 because I was going to go make the deposit even though the reviews were bad but I don't think so now because it would be a double kick in the face to get ripped off for $25 trying to get a hundred that I won for free.

Hi, I'm glad to hear our site helped you. The casino indeed doesn't have a good reputation. On the other hand, I need to say that the deposit they required from you is a pretty common practice used even in very good and reputable casinos. It's simply because they need to send you the winnings somehow and they need you to make the deposit in order to register any payment method in their internal system. Then they use the same method in order to send you the withdrawal.
In your case, I'm not really sure about what to recommend. The process the casino suggested - there's nothing suspicious about it, but contrary to this, their rating seems to be very suspicious. If I were you, I wouldn't risk it, but it's up to you.

Omg literally this is the worst place I've ever incountered so far online and B&M. And I've played at many in my 44 years. I ended up winning like 500 with there free spins that they lured me in with after I played through there ridiculous bonus which was like 10 bucks but that's besides the point. Well after I jumped through all there verification crap after I won the 500 and put in a 500 dollar withdrawl after they made me deposit 25 before they would even let me but they assured me that after I deposited I could for sure withdraw the 500. So I put the widrawl in and won another 650 and went to switch games and my balance went to zero. I went back and checked my withdrawal and it was still pending so I asked the same customer service person what happened to my money and then he told me there was a 100 withdrawal max on the bonus. Mind you my 500 withdrawl was still pending so I'm like I made a deposit of 25 dollar before I won the other 650 and made the withdrawal so wouldn't that be new funds and besides if 100 the max then why are you letting me get a 500 withdrawl. None of it makes since to me.
