Signed up when their Casino was approved by AGCO in Canada.
The first time playing on their site, I received lots of straight losing games of zero payouts, no scatters, no bonus spins popping up, deposit after deposits of poor game payouts and not one withdraw.
Contacted live chat, which they do have, the Agent, wouldn't offer a bonus and wanted to end the chat.
Experiencing the mentioned while playing on their site, I decided to take a break. Upon returning, I managed to withdraw a tiny amount of $40 kept some funds in my account, then nothing but straight games of zero payouts, no scatters and 14 deposits later of the same crap, I contacted live chat again, only to hear is there something I can help you with and again, no bonus offered, so again activated a break.
In my opinion for Players that decide to play on BetBally, you were warned, but you decide.

Nothing but problems with all games regardless if it is a slot or table games. I am getting one error message after another requiring a shut down and restart.

Hello Radka.
I have chatted and talked to them dozens of times. Same old story. Clear your browsing history, do a full restart and that should take care of things. I can't be certain if this is happening to others or not, but in my mind Ballybet should shut the defective slots down until the problems are resolved.
I am by any stretch a mathematician but it would seem to me that every time I a forced to perform a shut down that my odds of winning are decreased.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

When we are facing a technical issue spotted by a user we suggest the same. Even though we are not a casino the most common troublemakers still remain the same (caches, cookies, temporary memory files stocked in the browser history, and so on).
I fear there is nothing you have not yet heard. 🙁 I also understand one may be suspicious about the games under these circumstances, in such a case try to share your experiences with the game provider.
I agree the casino should not offer malfunctioning games, the question is how many others have reposted the issues as you have.

What browser are you using? I experienced that same issue with other gaming sites, switch to chrome, if you are already using Chrome, try another browser, then login. Clearing anything doesn't do anything but clear your history and saved info.

Nikada nisam uspeo da se verifikujem i povučem iako sam pokušao po propisima i onda ih kontaktirao i rekli su mi da je verifikacija računa i povlačenje otkazana. Zatvorili su račun bez vraćanja depozita i nikada nisam bio obavešten zašto je povlačenje poništeno ili zašto je račun zatvoren, a moji depoziti nisu vraćeni.

I found complaining is a waste of time, best to get the casino to fix the issue. I own 3 properties so losing a $100 isn't anything to me and I have played on over 100 casinos, some issues with them, but I make notes, then move on. How much out of pocket did you lose?
