Not that bad? My withdrawals are disabled, no replies from the casino for me and for the complaints, and their Discord group is full of porn pictures. This is an exit scam operating as a casino. I am really curious why it isn’t blacklisted yet?

Hi, you still have a problem with the withdrawals ? I saw that a complaint from the summer was still unresolved regarding this casino as it did not reply. 

I also notice that you can't get any answer, which is certainly not pleasant either and if you can't get it for so long, I'm quite skeptical if you will get your money. 

However, I would like to believe that you will manage to get it. If by any chance something new comes up could you let us know ? 

Yes, I still have problems with the withdrawal. In fact, I have increased my VIP level and thus, my account balance to amounts I will never see.

I haven't managed to get it, and there is no need for irrational positivity in this case.

• The chat is fake. Try and register one account, then write to the chat on the right side of the page. If you check the page at the same time with an incognito window, you will NOT see your messages appear.
• Their official Discord group is filled with porn, and crypto scam schemes/spam from random users.

It is very bothersome that you guys at Casino Guru did the evaluation wrong, and still HAVE NOT blacklisted the casino despite two unresolved complaints. This is a textbook case of an exit scam. Please blacklist this casino as soon as possible on your site, because it was the main reason I registered.

pacek_nemzetkozi 100% agree. Im scared to even send any docs in there. We probably lost our funds but you can save others money by blacklisting this fake casino.

Allow me to say that so far, there have been just 3 complaints submitted against this casino through our website, and per both two unresolved complaints the rating was lower according to the severity of the issue.

I agree it won't help you now. But it may help others since both complaints are freely accessible and visible on the main page. So, everyone who wants to investigate the casino will find all of them.

Update: After almost 3 weeks of waiting for ID approval still nothing. They dont respond to emails, chat is copy pasting. Its been above 1month of waiting for a small withdrawal.

Hmm, it doesn't feel nice to repeat the same thing over and over to a player for such a long time. I don't understand in this case what can be so difficult about verifying ID for such a long time.

Besides, I noticed that Nick wrote to you in the complaint. Did you see it too ? If not, you can get to the complaint here via this link and you can reply to move things forward at least a little bit.

I'd say 1 or 3 times a decent standard due to AML policy, yet I personally believe the total deposited amount should be considered first. Casual players with lower deposits and a vast gaming history usually do not launder money; they just play in casinos, making them wager €100 three times to ensure this sum won't be laundered... I call that silly...

They told me that i have to do 4 ethereum turnover in casino (which i didnt even use) with deposit around 150 eur. It was just to try if i will lose my money nothing else.

Playing roulette on the opposite sites (black and red) Hit 0 two times but still was able to make it. But what for if they are scammers anyway.. Lost so much time with this bookie..

its not 4 man. 4 eth so around 9-10k dollars turnover with 150 dollars deposit.. pure joke and scam
