I'd love to say something positive instead, I'm sorry.

No reply on live chat, no e-mails but after logging in my balance has been reduced from 5k+ to 1k, as well as my withdrawal rejected. Will try withdrawing again

That doesn't sound very good. Is there a reason why your balance dropped by such a large amount ? 

Anyway, I noticed that you filed a complaint, so if the casino doesn't respond and you have no new information about your withdrawal, I think it's a smart move. 

Could you update us if you have successfully managed to withdraw for the second time or are you still having problems ? 

It happened to me the same way it happened to everybody else. Over the course of 4 months I have deposited over 1.700,00€ on BetFlip.io, exclusively using my Visa.


I am currently in the process of chargebacks for these deposits which as of now seem to be successful.


If ANYBODY had ANY information about the people behind that site, please let me know. I will contact the authorities in the coming days and I need everything that might help.

Rekavši da je moj nalog ispravno verifikovan i svaki put kada ih kontaktiram putem ćaskanja daju mi neki novi izgovor, završavajući razgovor sa mnom da čekam da mi odgovorno odeljenje odgovori...

slažem se sa tobom. Najvažnije pitanje je zašto kazino to radi. Već sam postavio ovo pitanje u nekoliko mejlova, prvi je bio pre 2 nedelje.

Prvi put kada sam podneo zahtev za povlačenje, odbijen je u roku od 24 sata. Kontaktirao sam servis za ćaskanje i njihov odgovor je bio da je zbog velikog broja povlačenja moj automatski otkazan i da treba da pokušam ponovo posle sat vremena.

To sam i uradio i drugo povlačenje je takođe poništeno u roku od 24 sata... Sve je to bilo 20. februara. Prošlo je 2 nedelje. I ponovo sam pokušao da povučem još 4 puta sa različitim iznosima i različitim metodama u slučaju da je to bio problem. Ukupno je bilo 6 pokušaja povlačenja i svi su odbijeni u roku od 24 sata od zahteva.

Sa četa mi kažu da ne znaju ništa o problemu i da im se javim mejlom... Ja im kažem da čekam da mi neko odgovori 2 nedelje i već sam poslao nekoliko mejlova. Nadam se da će mi neko reći razlog zašto stalno odbijaju isplate, a ja još uvek nemam svoj novac.


Želeo bih ponovo da istaknem da ako ih kontaktirate putem e-pošte u vezi sa bilo kojim drugim pitanjem koje nije povlačenje, oni će vam odgovoriti u roku od dva ili tri dana (imam dokaz šta govorim), ali u mom slučaju, sa problemom povlačenja, to je već prošlo 2 nedelje.

Nemam nikakav aktivni bonus, a da je to bio razlog, dali bi mi taj odgovor sa samog četa.

Nakon što sam video vašu nit sa pritužbama različitih korisnika na Betflip kladionicu, sada sve vidim kao previše sumnjivo i osećam se kao da sam prevaren još jedna osoba.
