Dana 20. jula, zatražio sam povlačenje 500 evra putem kriptovalute od Betfokk-a. Imaju vreme obrade do 72 sata. Posle ponovljenih upita, više puta su rekli „u toku dana", a posle ponovljenih lažnih izjava u lajv četu, uvek su govorili da nadležno odeljenje nije reagovalo. I kao vrhunac, od juče ništa nije odgovoreno – ne dobijate odgovor putem mejla ili ćaskanja uživo. Otvara se ćaskanje uživo i možete videti da se čita, ali svaki agent ignoriše poruke. To izgleda kao namerna pljačka, zar ne? Da li ću i dalje videti svoj novac? Može li mi neko pomoći?

Pokušao sam da koristim drugi metod povlačenja, ali je ignorisan ili blokiran.

Video sam drugog korisnika na vašem sajtu koji ima potpuno isti problem sa Betfokk-om kao i ja. To se odlaže, a zatim ignoriše nakon dužeg vremenskog perioda.

Naravno da bih bio voljan da sarađujem, ali šta treba da uradim da mi pomognete i kontaktirate kazino?

Hello I’ve been back forth via chat line about my pending withdraw since the 22 August 2024, I’ve done all acts suggested by the agent and am on my 2nd week of waiting a reply via email.. am pondering wether or not to lay a complaint..file

Hi, if it's been going on for more than two weeks, I would definitely go ahead and file a complaint if the situation hasn't moved anywhere. 

But let me ask you a couple of questions. Are you already verified with the casino ? I'm asking because I see a message there that you have to upload your ID/passport.

The next thing I noticed is that on our website we have a withdrawal limit of 1000 per day. You have a withdrawal that exceeds that amount. The casino didn't tell you anything about this ? 🤔

Hi Jaro, yes I am a verified player. I can only withdraw via crypto the upload id/passport is for visa withdraw option.

I have tried using that form of withdraw it just gets reversed back to my player account.:file

as for withdraw limits they do have them..

Good, and the casino also gives you the answer why it keeps coming back to your account. It might be a good idea to ask them about limits or things like that, because that might be what's stopping you from withdrawing. Also, did you use the same method for withdrawing as you did for depositing ?

No I deposited via visa and they only allow crypto withdraw..

still no response via email and chat line says they can’t help as they have nothing to do with payments..

Any joy with withdrawals yet guys?.. Im currently 1 week in, still waiting for verification to be confirmed.. Email replies are slowing down. Whenever I se the live chat I just get the response "we'll pass it onto the relevant department".. Getting so angry with them, don't wanna show it in my messages incase they just block my account... Only way I can see going forward now is applying for a chargeback with my bank..

On 27 September I requested a withdrawal of £500 I was told the time frame for withdrawals was 1 to 5 days, I have since been told 62.1 of the T&Cs state payments are generally processed within 72 hours of it being approved by the payment department but can take up to 15 days, they have a time frame listed for you receiving payments once the request has been approved but they do not have a time frame from you requesting the withdrawal to the payment department approving it.

my account is fully verified and I have received a withdrawal from this company so do not understand what is going on.

i will be closing this account not only because of lengthy wait on payouts but also because you can only withdraw one amount minimum £500 maximum £500

Hello, I would like to say that at the beginning we give casinos 14 days to sort out KYC and player withdrawal. I see you've been waiting for a week and you still haven't learned anything new I suppose. If the two weeks are up, you can try to file a complaint with us before requesting a chargeback. In some cases it may be the last chance to get your money back, but it may also mean that you won't be able to play in a lot of casinos, because I would say they consider it a "fraud".

I would also try to wait until you have completed the verification and then see what happens.

Hi and thanks for your experience you described. So if it's a long wait for a withdrawal for which you decide to close your account, I don't blame you. There are a lot of options for players nowadays and you can choose something that suits you better. 

What payment method did you use to withdraw?
