Neverovatno, još uvek mi nisu zatvorili račun.

Želim da ga obrišem jer ga ne koristim i dobijam imejlove sa sajta, ali ako postoji osoba koja ima problema sa igrom i te osobe ne brišu naloge, to je opasno i mislim da je nezakonito.

As I said, you can file a complaint with us if you want to close your account and the casino is not helping you.

However, if a player says they just want to close their account, the casino can often persuade them to stay with bonuses. It's not the same as when a player says they want to self-exclude or are addicted. These are different things and should be viewed as such.
