I wanted to warn casinoguru and all other players to NOT PLAY AT BETMONSTA Casino.


They are not paying players. They are giving reasons like 'Payment aggregator issues' and then promising to pay on certain dates and times, they then miss the deadlines and ignore emails. This has been going on for months for many players.


I have solicitors involved, betmonsta are still dragging their feet and are leaving things right until the deadlines. Will be going to court i think.


Please share if anyone else has issues. Attached are screenshots of the agents behaviour/excuses.

file after missing the final deadline today before court action this was the most recent lie....Apparently I refused my winnings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope this thread shows other players what sorts of people are running this scam site!

Update - The casino acknlowledged it owes me my withdrawal (pending for over 4 weeks).


I took to linkedin to raise it with the 'CEO' Dolan Beuthin. HE BLOCKED ME RATHER THEN SORT THE ISSUE!

Thank you for taking the effort. I'd say you're warning players now by submitting each post.

As far as I understand, the issue seems to be a technical problem am I correct?

This is always a bit tricky situation, I mean yes - the casino should do everything possible to let you withdraw the money on the other hand, they may also need some help with that from some payment provider.

Have you been suggested any alternatives, perhaps? Let m know!

I wanted to let people know what an absolute nightmare I have had with Betmonsta and the owner Dolan Beuthin.


Over the course of two months I have had every excuse under the sun as to why my withdrawals are not being processed. 'Payment issues', 'Hacking', 'Mexicans' (Screenshots attached).


Dolan clearly runs this company himself, he has blocked me on linkedin and has missed the last 3 deadlines he gave for my withdrawal, all were missed. Dolan has now said it will be next week....file

Ovo su prevaranti!!! Pokušavam da podignem sredstva od 01.07.2023. Danas je 01.10.2023 i ovaj kazino je potpuno nestao. Na pisma se ne odgovara, njihov sajt se jednostavno ne otvara. Imao sam 700 dolara na računu. Ali pošto mi nisu povukli sredstva tri meseca, izgubio sam skoro sve i samo 130 dolara je ostalo na mom računu. Ali verovatno više nikada neću videti čak ni ovaj novac.
