Been trying for days all you keep saying is we will escalate but still nothing try reaching out your staff are rude I have the calls recorded to prove it

Try calling again the guy was so rude then he hung up on me again poor casino recommend staying away from it not being rude but nobody speaks English when you call so really hard to solve anything I understand my money gone now so I’ll post this to help people stay away not get scammed like I did

I am just curious, what language did they talk to you in the end? Or do you mean their English was so bad? Thank you

There English was so bad the line kept breaking up and they were shouting down the phone at me say it been escalated but been escalated for over a week now
