Zdravo, imam sledeći problem: Već nekoliko dana, jedan broj mojih kazino naloga je deaktiviran. Nezavisna kazina jedno od drugog (tj. nema sestrinskih kazina ili bilo čega sličnog). I svaki put kada pitam korisničku podršku, samo dobijem odgovor "to je odluka menadžmenta i nisu mi dati nikakvi precizni razlozi"...Nisam napravio nikakvo povlačenje ili promenio bilo šta u vezi sa svojim ponašanjem u igricama...da li neko imate li ideju šta bi moglo biti uzrok ovome? I šta mogu učiniti da se tome suprotstavim, ili bar da otkrijem razlog?

Especially what we call sister casinos, or casinos within the same group, take cooperated action if the decision to close the account for serious reasons takes place.

More and more, it sounds like the casinos have decided you get engaged in fraud. I'm not saying you did something like that; perhaps your details fitted the pattern of some group of players, so the casino just avoided the whole group at once. Hard to say with certainty.

I believe if your version was likely, you would be informed about the reasons. Local restrictions are usually clearly communicated upon closing the account under such circumstances because, in most situations, casinos present it like something they could not avoid. On the other hand, it could have been an unscheduled step.

Do you know whether the gambling regulations got more severe recently? As far as I can tell, players from your country are not supposed to play outside the local licensing authority for many years already.

Perhaps you did nothing wrong at all. As I said, it is always possible. I know it stinks, but if you are not aware of anything unusual on your side, try not to be upset about it. I'd like to give you a decent explanation; sadly, sometimes, like in this case, only the management knows why... 🙁
