Koristim ovaj kazino godinama. Uvek sam imao problema sa sporim isplatama, ali inače je sve u redu. Do juče sam još "igrao" i imao veći dobitak od nekoliko hiljada evra, a u isto vreme je bilo novca u isplati. Danas sam hteo da proverim kakav je status i odjednom više nisam mogao da pristupim sajtu i pisalo je da ovaj kazino više nije dostupan u Nemačkoj. Imao sam postojeću isplatu od 500€ na čekanju i 4600€ saldo. Šta dođavola....

Kako sada da dobijem svoj novac? Podrška ne odgovara putem e-pošte... ima još 5100 evra i ne mogu da joj pristupim.
