Pošto je ova veb stranica veoma sumnjiva, moja glavna briga nije nužno samoisključivanje jer nemam želju da nastavim da se kockam na potencijalno prevarnoj veb stranici, već to što sada imaju moje podatke i u njihovim uslovima i odredbama piše da ako je nalog neaktivan nakon 6 meseci, onda mogu početi da naplaćuju naknadu od 5 evra mesečno?
Zanimljivo je, međutim, da su, kada sam se registrovao kod njih, tražili dokaz o ličnom dokumentu. Poslao sam ga kada sam još uvek mislio da su legitimni, a onda su 6 nedelja kasnije poslali imejl u kojem su rekli da je lični dokument odbijen. Da li bi to značilo da bi odbili moje buduće isplate i da li je to bio njihov izgovor, ko zna.
Ali kao što sam rekao, više me brine da li će imati moje podatke i naplaćivati naknadu, nego samo samo samoisključenje.
Thanks, Jaro. I told them that I'll give them to the end of this week to sort out the self exclusion and then ill go from there.
As this website is very dodgy, my main worry isn't necessarily self excluding as I have no desire to continue gambling on a potentially fraudulent website, it's more that they now have my details and in their t&cs it says if account inactive after 6 months, then they can start charging a €5 per month fee to it?
Interesting though, when I signed up with them they asked for proof of ID. I sent this when I was still thinking they were legitimate and then 6 weeks later they sent an email saying the ID was rejected. Whether or not that was going to mean they would've rejected my future withdrawals and that was their excuse, who knows.
But like I said I'm more concerned with them having my details and charging a fee, rather than the actual self exclusion itself.
