Strangly, I checked your system and found out it was you who deleted the original user review.
There is another circumstance to be mentioned however. The casino responded to your initial user review submitted on 07.10. But frankly, you edited your user review lately because you most likely thought it worked like here on the forum; frankly, it does not, hence the explanation given upon rejecting your user review edit:
"Hello, the user reviews edits don't serve for communication with a casino. The casinos don't get notified when you edit your review. Anyway, please, contact their customer support and provide them with the link to your review and your email address. Thank you for cooperation."
So, if you leave the original review untouched, it would be visible. For some reason, however, you chose to delete it retroactively. That's fine; you can do that, of course.
