I dalje sam sasvim siguran da će svi vaši pokušaji povlačenja biti odbijeni dok vaš nalog ne bude verifikovan, ali nisam rekao da je potpuno ignorisanje opravdano. Nije.
Uvek kažem da kazino treba da bude spreman da podrži, savetuje i bezbedno vodi igrače kroz KIC proces – barem. Što se ovde čini velikim neuspehom.
Cenim što svi sada znamo više zahvaljujući vama jer to daje novi pogled na ovaj kazino. Želeo bih da znate da, osim ako se žalba ne zatvori, Kazino Guruu ništa nije očigledno. Dok se to nepobitno ne dokaže.

I always say that the casino should be ready to support, advise, and guide players safely through the KYC process - at least. Which seems to be a great failure here.
