Can anyone tell me if they have ever received a payout from this horrible site? (Crazy Luck Casino) if so how? I have tried for 5 weeks. They will not answer messages or emails. I’m so angry. I wish I would have known about theses scammers before they got my money. Is there anyone we can contact to fight this?

Hi, I see you've got yourself into an uncomfortable situation. I checked the casino itself and I can see that it was not the best choice as its safety index is quite low. Did you do any research before you played here or how did you get here ? 

However, as far as the withdrawal is concerned, what did the casino tell you as a reason why you still don't have your money ? Did they tell you anything at all ? Have you verified your account here yet ?

Unfortunately no I was not even aware that these sites were so unprotected, and unregulated. I have done everything I can. They have all my proper documents. I have emailed the support team, managers, and finance team for weeks with no response. I am only able to get through on the chat line 1-2 times a week and it’s conveniently always after business hours. They tell me numerous lies one after another.

behind because of holiday’s. behind because of system issues. Behind because short staffed.

They say they can not tell when but assure me I’m gonna get paid. One guy was gonna pull it up as a priority. Another gave told me on Tuesday that I would gave it by the weekend and that was 14 days ago still nothing. What is the procedure and process for your services?

I understand that you always got a different answer, if you have already got one, which is certainly not the best. However, since you also said that you have been without an answer for a long time now, it is good that you have filed a complaint. Would it be possible to reply to Kristina so that she can move on ?

Hi there, I wanted to let you know that I did get a payment from Crazy Luck Casino. It actually took over a year and I was consistently messaging their "customer support" at least 3 times a week for a damn year. They gave me the same nonsense lines every time. " we are so sorry for this, we will escalate your case with the finance department and surely you will receive your payout soon." And a year later I got it. I honestly wouldn't hold my breath with this casino the best advice I can give you is to check the reviews on this site (Casino Guru) and only use the casinos they approve. Or you can message me and I'll tell you the best casinos to use, I've tried so many. Anyway i wish u luck, hope you get your money!

I run a casino review website. I went to update my existing review of the casino and noticed that everything about it has changed. It is still not good - it is now on the same network as Paradise8 and This Is Vegas.
