I received and invite with a welcome bonus of $90 for a place called Lucky Haven. With that bonus I won $5300 but when I went to cash out, they wanted a $58 account activation fee before they would allow me to cash out. Does anyone know anything about this place?

That sounds like a red flag—legitimate casinos don’t ask for upfront fees to process withdrawals. Always check reviews and licensing before depositing or playing.

Hope you get this sorted!

Hello,

Thumbs up for your cautiousness. Even though this casino is unknown to us at the moment, there are a few things you can check up on anyway. Starting with license, terms and conditions, and overall player's experience—Trust Pilot, perhaps?

The advertiser from Bangladesh made a strong point; hence, again, check out the rules. However, it is nothing unusual to request a verification deposit prior to the very first withdrawal transaction. So, it really depends on all circumstances.

Can you send me the casino's URL, please? I will do my best to help you get some thoughts about the situation once I can see the casino website.

Hello,

Nice, you got in touch.

Still: Any other passive advertisement pretending to be a regular player's post and your account gets banned. Those are the rules:

I would very much appreciate any information you can provide me for this place. I have asked them several times for information so I could check their licensing but every time I've asked them, they skip over my questioning. I did finally deposit the $58 they asked for because the insisted that with that deposit, I would be able to cash out. After making that deposit, I was able to apply to cash out only to be taken to their next step if cashing out which said they have a handling fee to pay. Not one time while we're we going back and forth was a handling fee mentioned. I was told I would receive my winnings after I paid the $58. So I applied to cash out $5300 and now the want me to pay a handling fee of $265 before they will release my winnings. I assume the handling fee is noted somewhere in their rules but the girl I was talking with had every opportunity to mention this as a cash out requirement but she chose to keep that information to herself until I had already requested the full $5300 and she refused to allow me to cancel that request to reapply for so.ethi g smaller that may have a smaller handling fee. If there's anything I can do about their receptiveness, please let me know.

When you check into this, will you find out for me if that handling fee is all that has to be paid before they will release my $5300 because if by some miracle if God I am able to co.e up with the $265 handling fee they want, I want to be assured that they are going to release my funds if I pay it and I don't trust them at all.

With all possible honesty, I do not like where this is going. No serious casino applies double fees to withdrawal. It sees their only concern as the fees themselves, not you, your account, or gaming activity. This is highly suspicious.

I would consider that to be a scamming practice.

Yet when I asked you for the URL, I meant an active link leading to the casino site - the full address at least.

Putting "Luckyhavencasino.com" into Google sends me to Yahoo browser 🙁.

Here are two different screen shots with the url. I took an using Google search bar and when I type in luckyhavencasino.com/ it takes me to the home page of the place we're talking about. Could you try again? Make sure you fully type the whole url. Don't just put lucky haven casino in the he search bar. You have to type the full luckyhavencasino.com in the Google search bar for it to take you there. I can also forward the invite they sent me that includes a direct link to the place.filefile

file

Here is a copy of the email that lead me to try them out in the first place

Well, as I said, Google redirects me to Yahoo while typing "luckyhavencasino.com/". I'm asking you to copy and paste the interactive URL to the post. I won't get very far without that. The full text does not work either:

filefile

I find the last result quite interesting—highlighted in green. Is it perhaps some sort of Facebook or sweepstake casino? May work solely on invite because the links I found did not work at all - redirected.

Do you have an email address that I can forward the invite to? Have you ever heard of a place that works on invite only and if so does that pretty much say it's a scam?

I have a friend that was trying to help me check them out and we sent them the $265 in but oin they were requesting but by the time the but oin arrived at their address, the price of Bitcoin dropped and all they received was $263 and they would not release my winning ngs to me. They told me to resubmit the correct and full amount and THEN they would help me apply for a refund if the $263 they received but not before they received $265 or more and my winnings would not be released until they received the "265. It didn't matter that the $2 was because of market fluctuation they still "held" my "winnings" and want another $265 or more certainly not even $2 less it does clearly state in their withdrawal rules that a certain percentage will be charged as a fee to withdraw winnings. I did not read that rule before I won the money begin ( if it is actually winnings ). I just don't know if I should chance depositing another $265 plus in order to possibly have them release the $5,300 and now help me apply for a refund of the $263 they've already received. I also have a new balance of 5294 that if these people are legit or end up paying will owe me an addition to the 5300 I'm fighting for now. I hope you can help me at least understand if I'm going to be able to get the $5,300 so I don't waste another 265 trying to do so.

Yes, I'm familiar with the concept. That's why I keep trying to investigate whether it is a casino or rather a VIP room.

I'm following the base logic; why would anyone need you to move to a disclosed website if you already play at a decent casino?

VIP rooms, generally speaking, are dangerous. Locating the company responsible for such room is usually the main reason why we can't help players who play outside regular online casino. 🙁

I fear no one can answer your questions under such circumstances. Perhaps submitting a complaint against the site would help. Though, as I said, I can't promise my colleagues will help you out. Still, it is worth trying since it is for free: https://casino.guru/complaint-resolution-instructions

I would personally give it a go.

I've never heard of a VIP room. What qualifies a place to be just a VIP room rather than a casino?

Lpaigerogers

Most commonly, a personal invitation—access code or just a link—and also the inability for uninvited players to even find the "place." Don't worry though, our Data Team will give it a try now that the complaint is running.
