sobald das Urteil gesprochen wurde, kann es nicht sein, dass die Verbraucher diesen Vertrag unterschrieben haben und kein Geld sehen , weil kein Anwalt wartet 5 Jahre auf Geld , sonst wären die alle schon insolvent.

ich bin nicht sauer, ich weiß nur, dass ich viel Zeit investiert habe und zu jeder Verhandlung, in der ich 2 Stunden anwesend war und befragt wurde, auch mitgemacht habe und genau so vertröstet werde.

früher oder später bekommen sowieso nur diejenigen etwas, die zeitig genug geklagt haben. Viele Casinos sind schon insolvent oder machen es einfach schwer an das Geld zu kommen. Das ist Fakt.

Nicht nur, dass man 2 Jahre auf ein Urteil wartet, hat man dann noch keinen Titel zur Exekution auf den ich auch 16 Monate nochmals gewartet habe, wird dann nicht bezahlt, wird dann erst ein Verfahren auf Malta geführt und diese geht nochmals Jahre und selbst dann entscheidet der EuGH dann und gibt vor und Malta sollte dann dem Urteil folgen. Wo sind wir dann ?

8 Jahre ? Wie kann man für sowas werben, wenn man es 2021 schon wusste, dass Malta nicht vollstreckt und dann noch ein Gesetz beschließt dort , um die Exekution nicht zu vollziehen? Es geht rein um das Geschäftsmodell dahinter und das kann man eigentlich nicht mehr so feiern…

außerdem hätten dann ja die Anwälte nicht die größeren Summen den kleineren vorgezogen bei einigen Anbietern, somit schauen die natürlich auch rein auf den Profit.

Ich hatte damals mit den knapp 60% anfang 2020 ,nach Hinweisbeschluss des LG Bremen noch Glück. Es dauerte von dem ersten Gerichtstag,der Klagen bis zur Auszahlung ,bei 888 und Bayton Ltd. Keine 6 Monate . Wobei ich das Geld damals schon abgeschrieben hatte,vorher. Auch wenn alles illegal war,im Nachhinein,so ging man von der Legalität aus . Also schreibt man es erstmal ab und macht sich keine Gedanken, das man vielleicht was wieder bekommen könnte,man hätte ja auch garnicht auf diesen Seiten spielen brauchen, egal ob legal ,oder illegal. Das Geld wäre ja bei beiden wohl weg gewesen,bei uns allen.

Wie gesagt,das Geld wird ausgezahlt und das mit Zinsen, da wird manchem Casino noch die Spucke weg bleiben.

Ich bin nachwievor der Meinung es werden ein paar Urteile bedient werden, dann Insoanmeldung und kurz vor Insoanmeldung noch ein Generalvergleich mit 30% oder so und die Anwälte haben ja alle schon verdient und dann wird es heißen „gottseidank haben wir noch 30% für euch rausgeholt vor der inso welle"

Ein Anwalt (ich habe mehrere Klagen über diverse Anwälten/PFs) meinte zu mir „je länger es dauert desto geringer die Chance, weil auch die Beklagten sich vorbereiten"

Das drängen mancher Anwälte auf 25%Vergleiche sagt auch was.

I think that with the really big 888 ltd (I think they're called evoke now) and tsg, titpico and maybe bet 365... the chance is definitely much higher and less likely that they'll go bankrupt, but many others that have suddenly sprung up like mushrooms out of nowhere will disappear again very quickly and without paying, because you can never find out where the money is anyway and if you do, it's already too late and the masses can no longer be served.

ich denk mal so, bei den ganz großen 888 ltd (glaub die heißen jetzt evoke) und tsg, titpico vl auch bet 365… bei denen ist die Chance sicher viel viel größer und unwahrscheinlicher, dass die insolvent gehen aber viele andere , die wie Pilze plötzlich entstanden sind aus dem nichts, werden ganz schnell wieder verschwinden und das ohne zu bezahlen, weil man da eh nie rausfinden kann, wo das Geld ist und wenn, ist es schon zu spät und die breite Masse kann nicht mehr bedient werden.

That would be good. But I think this less profitable license is also somewhat overrated. If the mountain of debt (legally binding judgments) becomes too big, they simply close down. And then come back with a new name, perhaps, and reapply for the license. There are also casinos with a German license that have made millions in losses since the license was granted, but were previously highly profitable. Fewer players, low stake limits = less turnover = less profit = poor payment morale in the event of legally binding judgments = high risk of insolvency. The few very large market leaders will probably take it and pay up. The medium-sized and smaller operators could well go under en masse, however. We will soon see.

Das wäre gut. Aber ich glaube diese weniger rentable Lizenz wird auch etwas überschätzt. Wenn der Schuldenberg (rechtskräftige Urteile) zu groß wird, machen die einfach dicht. Und kommen dann ggf. mit neuem Namen nochmal wieder, bewerben sich neu um die Lizenz. Es gibt auch Casinos mit deutscher Lizenz, die seit der Lizenzvergabe Millionen Verluste einfahren, waren aber vorher hoch rentabel. Weniger Spieler, niedrige Einsatzlimits = weniger Umsatz =weniger Gewinn =niedrige Zahlungsmoral bei rechtskräftigen Urteilen =hohes Risiko für Insolvenz. Die paar wenigen ganz großen Marktführer werden das wahrscheinlich wegstecken und blechen. Die mittelgroßen und kleineren Betreiber könnten aber durchaus haufenweise fallen. Wir werden es bald sehen.

Also wenn in Österreich mindestens schon 200 Millionen nicht bezahlt wurde an Urteilen, wie hoch ist dann bzw. Wird dann die Summe in Deutschland sein ? Ihr habt um einiges mehr an Einwohner als österreich.

auch ist in Deutschland die Verjährungsfrist bei 10 Jahren und in Österreich bei 30 . Das ist auch noch mal ein ganz wichtiger Punkt und die probieren sicher die Taktik mit dem verjähren aus .

That's true, but you can only roughly estimate what they have on hand based on their reserves.

Besides, turnover does not equal profit and they certainly invest huge amounts of money in advertising etc.

Das stimmt aber du kannst es ja eh nur anhand der Rücklagen ungefähr abschätzen, was die da auf der Seite haben.

Die haben wahrscheinlich einfach die Dauer der Vorstreckung aller Kosten unterschätzt und sich verkalkuliert. Jeder andere PKF nimmt weiter Fälle an in Deutschland.
