I have been waiting for a withdrawal of 150,000 SEK for more than 3 weeks now. Despite being a verified player, the casino keeps giving me assurances that the money will be sent soon, but the delay persists. I've ruled out KYC issues, as I am fully verified.

What's more troubling is that this seems to be part of a larger problem with Spelinspektionen-regulated casinos. It appears that some are holding withdrawals and some are using KYC inappropriately, affecting players who most of the time gamble away their winning while waiting for the withdrawals which never come.

I'm seriously considering discontinuing my online gaming activities due to these issues. Has anyone else faced similar problems with Spelinspektionen approved casinos (especially those based in Malta)?

Any advice on how to escalate this matter or approach the situation would be greatly appreciated

Hi, let me start by saying that we give casinos 14 days to pay a player and since you said it's taking longer than that, it's a good thing you filed a complaint. Did the casino also tell you why it's been more than 3 weeks ? Have you had any successful withdrawals at this casino ? I am asking if this problem has happened several times or just the first time. Did you play with the bonus ?
